HTA Secretariat	Coordinates the whole process and helps with communication	Sends you the consolidated scope proposal and revised draft report for written input.
Assessors & Co-Assessors	Lead the clinical assessment and prepare the draft JCA report	Use your input to inform the scope and the report. May request additional input through a short interview.
JCA Subgroup	A group of representatives from different EU countries who provide input, review the draft report, and validate the joint assessment	They review your input and may invite you to join a short online meeting if needed.
BCCH (Brussels Centre for Collaboration in Health)	Organizes your involvement	They handle your contract, confidentiality agreement, and payments. They arrange meetings if needed.
